What Are Your Hours Of Operation?
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm CST
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept Cash, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle
Payment is due at time of service.
Do You Charge By the Hour?
We do not charge by the hour. Pricing is determined on a few factors.
The number of rooms in your house
The total square footage of your home
Pets in the home
* A 1000 sq ft home will take less time than a 3000 sq ft home
What Is In Your Organization Package?
We offer organization services for those who need help organizing a space in their home. From your closet, drawers, home office, or pantry. We will help you get your life back on track.
What Is Included In Your Basic Cleaning Package?
Kitchen (clean out sink, counter tops, cabinets, stove top, dust blinds, dust on top of refrigerator, wipe down all appliance surfaces)
Bathroom (clean toilet, shower, tubs, counter top, mirrors, dust light fixtures, wipe down all fixtures)
Bedroom ( wipe down nightstands, bed frames, make bed, dusting)
Remove trash from all rooms
Vacuum and Mop all floors

What Is Included In Your Move In/Out Cleaning Package?
We clean the house top to bottom to include:
Clean inside oven
Disinfect kitchen counters
Clean inside cabinets
Clean inside refrigerator
Remove soap scum
Disinfect counter tops
Wipe down mirrors
All rooms will have baseboards cleaned and floors vacuumed and mopped

Which Package Do You Recommend For First Time Clients?
For all first time clients we recommend the Deep Clean package, this will ensure that your home is thoroughly cleaned and is able to be maintained. After your first clean we can go forward with a Basic Cleaning package to maintain your home Weekly or Bi- Weekly.
Do You Provide A Laundry Service?
Yes. We can do your laundry at your request for an extra fee. Laundry takes time to wash, dry and put up, please let us know in advance if you would like that done so we can plan accordingly.
Do You Clean The Inside Of The Oven And Inside The Refrigerator?
Yes. Both of these can be done for an extra fee.
We recommend if you have a self cleaning oven to turn it on the night before we arrive
If you do not have a self cleaning oven we ask that you spray the oven with oven cleaner (one with no fumes)
Doing either one can help make cleaning the oven go smoothly especially if the oven is covered in grease and stuck on food.
Do You Use Eco-Friendly Products Or Conventional Store Bought Cleaners?
We use both. Our clients can choose between Eco-Friendly or Conventional cleaners. Or you can use both.
If you or anyone in your home get sick (i.e., flu, cold, pneumonia, etc) Please call or text to reschedule your cleaning.
We understand things come up and at some point one of us is going to have to reschedule our cleaning. Communication is very important. Call, text, or email us As Soon As Possible and we will do the same. If we have a 24-hr notice there will be no $50 cancellation fee.
Alarm Systems & Keys:
It is not necessary to be home while we are cleaning. If there is an alarm system, make sure we have the code to be able to get inside and then set the alarm when we are done. If keys are needed to access the house we would need those as well.
